2021 review & Projections 2022


2021, unexpected growth

2021 has just ended and with it, its share of uncertainties and challenges. For Fit Retail, 2021 has seen a return to an unexpected and sustained growth (+36% growth in staff, +20 new projects with our clients). If we take a step back, this allows us to confirm our desire to maintain and capitalize on our positioning as an expert in product digitalization in the Retail, Luxury & Fashion sector.

2021 has also reminded us of the importance of our difference and our values : Expertise – Cohesion – Conviviality and Openness.

Editor’s note: Fit Retail has an atypical management model. Since the beginning, we have chosen to have consultants who take on cross-functional responsibilities (such as team management, internal training management or the development of service offers), rather than creating positions that would be entirely dedicated to transversal functions. This allows the company to make decisions by involving the people most concerned.


Faced to the uncertain global context, we have been able to refocus on the essentials, and we have taken care to drive our decisions in line with our values.

As mentioned above, 2021 has exceeded our expectations in terms of growth and has also enabled us to structure our internal organization by strengthening our administrative and HR department with the creation of an Office Manager and a Recruitment Officer. These functions are essential to guarantee the employee’s experience throughout his or her career at Fit Retail (from onboarding to his or her professional development).


2022, towards a broader offer still dedicated to the luxury, fashion and retail sectors.

We are approaching 2022 with a lot of ambition, and we already see many projects internally, with our clients and our partners in France and in Europe:

  • On the French side, we are strengthening our team with the creation of a Communication Officer position to offer more content related to our expertise to our growing community,
  • On the European side, we have just moved into new premises of 300 sqm, still in Munich. These premises will be able to accommodate our PLM support team and customer seminars to assist them in their digital strategy,
  • On the service side, we continue to expand our portfolio and support offerings with new services around change management and IS architecture from a data integration and application mapping perspective,
  • On the partner side, we will be announcing a new partnership in the near future, which is surely only the beginning of the new collaborations of 2022.
