As a luxury house belonging to the Richemont Group, Alaïa found itself in a context of exponential growth and needed to equip itself with high-performance tools to respond to this evolution, particularly for the development of ready-to-wear products and collections. The group chose Centric PLM and wanted to configure the tool to meet its business challenges. We stepped in to help Alaïa structure its needs and support the deployment of the tool.
